MATCHUP INFO
The Gane: Sweaty Bowl VI will surely be an extremely unique matchup due to the matchup landing on Christmas weekend 2016. Becuase Christmas falls on a Sunday this year the NFL has moved nearly all matchups from Sunday (Christmas Day) to Saturday Christmas Eve. The week starts off on Thursday with the New York Giants against the Philadelphia Eagles. Sunday, Christmas Day will feature two games: Baltimore at Pittsburgh and Denver at Kansas City. Sweaty Bowl IV closes out on Monday Night with a game between Detroit and Dallas. All other games will take place on Saturday Christmas Eve.
Playoff preview: In what is sure to be an incredibly compelling 2016 playoff season there are countless oppourtunities for fantasy football glory from all teams involved. Defending Champs He Hate Me has the rare opportunity to be the first back-to-back Sweaty Bowl champion. Sophmore year teams Thy Ginger Kid and Come At Me Bro are all both competing in their first ever playoffs. As is 2016 expansion team Girky Town who rather incredibly entered the league this season and qualified for the number four seed finishing 8-5. In the history of Sweaty Pigskins no expansion team had ever finished their inaugural season with a winning record. Meanwhile, WTFantasy has become the second team ever to qualify for the playoffs with record below .500. The first was the 2014 WTFantasy squad who qualified for the playoffs with a record of 6-7. Winning the Sweaty Division, Dungeness Crabtree became the first team ever to win division titles in consecutive years. The Mighty Joboos are the only team in the league to make the playoffs every single year they were in competition. The Joboos will take on their ever increasing playoff rival Murphy Dumps in the first roundof the tournament. The last playoff game between the two took place in 2014, a game which saw Dumps put up an all-time playoff record score of 171.41 points. It truely is anyone's tournament this year

David Johnson was Come At Me Bro's 1st roung pick in 2016. He has been a top running back in the league since the very first week rushing for over 1,200 yards and 16 TDs. It's only right that David Johnson came through for Come At Me Bro in the Sweaty Bowl helping him edge Mighty Joboos to victory. |
Sammy Watkins barely played at all in 2016 but he came through for Mighy Joboos quite well in Sweaty Bowl VI. Originally drafted by Ball Busters he was dropped after weeks of low scores and a serious injury that took him out of action for the majority of the season. All that really matters though at this point is that he played well in the all important week 16. |
LeSean McCoy has been a part of Come At Me Bro's RB team since the 2016 draft. He had a fantastic year and finished it off with a great Sweaty Bowl performance. |
